Some time ago, some friends and I were talking about how none of us come from perfect families. Perhaps we were even conceived out of wedlock or by in-vitro fertilization (some of us had been). But we all agreed that the way we were conceived or the family we came from didn’t affect our dignity, and that God still loves us and we’re all called to holiness, and that we should still try our best not to let difficulties affect us.
Then I came across this article on Alec Guinness, which illustrates what we were talking about.
